condo complexes in Nanaimo.
As of April 25, 2013 there are 208 condos
for sale in Nanaimo ranging from $65,000 -$1.2 million. In 2012 185 condos sold leaving aproximatly 1 year of inventory on the market. Inventory is down from last year. Prices have also come down due to an over supply.

been especially active. Newer luxury condos have also been very popular.
