in the 80's this was one of the nicest complexes in Nanaimo. Located
at 2560 and 2562 Departure Bay Road these apartments are steps
to the beach and shopping. Features included in many suites are
panoramic view of Departure Bay and the coast mountains, disposal
units, dishwashers, wood burning fireplaces, in-suite laundry,
Jenn-Air Stoves. (some units may vary).
15 units sold in 2007/08 between $174,700 and $349,000
with an average of $259,173.
The swimming pool is a feature most complexes do
not have.

converted into downtown condominiums. If you like downtown Nanaimo
living this is in the heart of Nanaimo. Several have ocean view.
Most if not all units have washer / dryer and dishwasher hook-ups.
I sold two units in this building this year. They are fully rent
able (as of Dec 2006). It seems to be a well run building with
very clean and well kept common areas.
I am very familiar with this building (I sold 7 of the 13 units in 2007)
Average price here is $143,000 however the water view units sell for at least $40-50,000 more.
